Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your Jerry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your Jerry must:

• Be in its original condition
• Be unused and free from damage
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Include proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at foldwithjerry@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and the address to send your item.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your Jerry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at foldwithjerry@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

We'll assess the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable solution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your Jerry for a different colour or product, please contact us first. In some cases, we may ask you to return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us at foldwithjerry@hotmail.com.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major problem or does not meet the consumer guarantees required by law, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund.
